Fishing: Awesome morning. Bass busting surface, birds working. Started on a couple of blues around 10 lbs. Then all schoolie bass to around 24-28 inches. Caught numerous, had double hook ups good fun. Fished fast sinking line clousers, sand eel yak imitation caught them on whatever. Blues puked up sand eels. Hooked one on popper when wasn’t ready should have thrown it earlier. As action subsided, found small blues busting in lower tip of hudson and didn’t want to mess w them. Fished spot near island Jon got one huge blue to crash at it, then another but no commitments. No action there on popper. After that, things slowed and we had to be to work. Fun Morning
