Date / Time: 6-2-2012 Location: Duchesne near Hanna white bridge access. The Characters: Kory and Tammy. Weather: Partly cloudy high 70s breezy Water Temp: low to mid 40s guess Water Level: Release listed at 46 usgs which is below diversion so hard to say. Looked good. Water Clarity/Quality: Clear. Moon Phase: 2 days before full. Fishing: Stopped on way to LC with Tammy. Didn’t start fishing until about 3pm. Water looked great, fishing was slow and spotty. Tammy got several small fish to eat 12 or so orange stimulator. I fished droppers, but only had success on smaller copper tungsten mayfly but didn’t have that good of droppers in bigger sizes. Saw tons of very mature drake nymphs on rocks and sticks, but never saw adults. Didn’t fish any drakes, probably should have. Fished streamer in one hole and broke off good fish, didn’t get other takes. Also found some bigger stone nymphs, didn’t see many adults of any sort, a few pmds. Fished up to rock pile and hiked out. We both landed a few smaller and mid size fish, no big fish landed.
