Middle Provo River 1-18-2014

Date / Time: Saturday, Jan 18, 2014. 11:30am-3:30pm **Location:**Middle Provo upstream from legacy bridge The Characters: Kory K Weather: Sunny, high 30s Water Temp: High 30s guess Water Level: 130 cfs Water Clarity/Quality: Crystal Moon Phase: Couple days after full Best Flies: #18 bead disco, #14 brown bead Fishing: Walked up from legacy, only two cars there. Saw the fishermen a few holes up and it looked like a guide trip so I bypassed them. Fished up through several holes with a shallow double bead rig and hooked a decent number of fish sporadically in the slower water and drops. Nothing too big, maybe 17 was biggest but not too small either. Worked all the way up to car body and above a few holes, switched to the white bugger and fished back down but nada on the bugger although didn’t fish too hard. Fish didn’t seem to be on the streamer though and had to head back.
