**Date / Time:**11-6-09 Location: Salmon River, New York DSR The Characters: Kory Kapaloski, Jason Curry Weather: Cloudy, some sporadic snow Water Temp: Low 50s Water Level / Tide: Low 350 cfs Water Clarity/Quality: Crystal Clear Moon Phase: Right Before Last Quarter Fishing: Drove up the night before solo to fish with Curry and stay in “the steelhead tent” behind Fox Hollow Lodge. Headed to the DSR since it was a weekday and the next two days would be the weekend. Water was low at 350 with no precipitation for a while. Spent the day fishing a rig with progressive weights all the way down the leader, but ultimately figured out they were way too big and too many hooked a few fish while curry slayed with a conventional rig.
